I appreciate the knowledge & the personal touches I receive time after time at Suburban Cadillac from the sales staff as well as the service staff. I always feel valued and have come to expect a very high level of service, and they never disappoint.
I feel that you have good Service Managers who follow through for their clients. I most often have Matt Krause handling my appointment, but he hasn't always been available and the other two managers are very capable as well. Matt always makes me think that he listens to my questions, reviews the car history and treats me like he himself would expect to be treated if he were the customer. I always feel that Matt has my best interests in his mind and his objective is that we both complete my appointment as happy and satisfied people...and, I'll return again and again. Thank you.
