primarily worked with Matt in service. Great knowledge, "can-do" spirit. Totally corrected all issues. I also worked with Brian in Service and he also bent over backwards to get my car ready. Had great conversations with Ed and Karl in sales about a future purchase! Those guys are special, helpful and polite. Bill
Greeted with a smile and kindness. The lounge was quiet and warm. The restrooms were beyond clean. The amount of time it took was appropriate, and the check out went very smooth and with the same greeting. The car was cleaned and the Oil Life was at 100%. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
They treated you as if you were the only person in the dealership getting an oil change. Even when I pulled in the wrong entrance, one of the service person guide me through the process and then took my car and had me see the service desk. The surprise at the end was see my car washed was not excepting that at all.
