My latest experience at Suburban Cadillac was service at the highest level. From the time I made the appointment until I drove out of the driveway my service was at the highest level of all that it takes to have a "highly satisfied" customer. My tech, Brian, was his usual easy-going self and the service was prompt, staff courteous and helpful, which made my visit extremely pleasant. Please keep up the good work!!! YOU ARE GREAT!!!
The service people went above making sure that my Cadillac received the necessary attention that it needed. Since I am not really a car person I depend on them to keep my car in top condition. Thanks to them for that.
The service department Representative Bob was excellent but I didn't like when they brought my CTS Cadillac to me the young man didn't vacuum the inside and it wasn't any cover paper mats on the carpet and I didn't like that greasing oil from the service department can get on the carpet
Had the loaner car ready and they transferred the stuff from my car to the loaner car. Couldn't be happier with the service dept. I drive over 100 miles just to get my car serviced there. Won't go to any other dealership to buy a car or have it serviced. I plan on buying and servicing my cars right there at Suburban. Matt is who I deal with and you couldn't ask for a more dedicated and knowledgeable person. He really sold the service dept to me.
