Car was in for a recall and I asked Rod to also change oil and take a look underneath vehicle because I was seeing something that looked like oil on my garage floor! The found a problem with rear shocks, contacted me to let me know and fixed it also! Great job!
I made an appointment for an oil change a week or so prior to. I set it up to have a loaner vehicle. I arrived about 30-40 minutes before my appointment. Brian got an attitude about that, then gave my keys too someone else to help me. This was after I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one offered to help me, say hi, or say they would be right with me. I received a loaner vehicle that a customer had just drove in when I did. The vehicle was so nasty and dirty inside. I said something about it and someone name Matt basically just rushed me out the door. I had to end up going back inside through the front entrance and speak to a manager about getting another vehicle.
It was horrible, the worst sevice I ever seen. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. A guy named Rod came out to help me. I told him before I gave him my keys that I wanted to make sure my front tires were rotated from the front to the back when my tire rotation was done, he said ok. After 1hour and a half, Rod came to get me saying my vehicle was done. I paid for the assumed services and went out to check my vehicle. I noticed my tires were not rotated. I took pictures and marked my tires just for this purpose. I went back into the place and told Rod that my tires were not rotated, he told me again they were. I had to tell him a second time that they were not and I had proof, he finally went to the back and came back and said your tires were not rotated and can I get your keys back. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours and was late picking up my daughter to take her to work which she ended up being late. I have purchase my Escalade from this location and have referred several people who also purchased vehicles from this location. I have been a customer for over 4 years. This is horrible customer service when you’ve been lied to about a service you paid for the worker was too lazy to double check a small request, which they were suppose to do anyway. I’m very disappointed. Even more disappointed hearing back from the service manager simply saying it was a mistake. I believe it’s in exceptable when your dealing with luxury vehicles and customer service.
